  • Plan a menu approved by you that’s based on your household’s
    unique dietary needs and preferences.
  • On selected cook day, visit the grocery store and hand-select
    fresh produce, proteins and staples for your menu.
  • Prepare the week’s dinner meals in your home and package
    them individually or family style with instructions for reheating or freezing.
  • Leave your kitchen clean and ready to welcome you to the
    table.

Why weekly meal prep?

Everyday life has changed a lot the past few generations. We have more time-saving devices but less time to spare. We have more challenging schedules that often rob us of the energy to handle the basic needs that a home demands. And to combat this dilemma, we turn to quick solutions (convenience food and takeout) that may compromise our desire to eat more mindfully.
With pre-packaged and takeout food – and even delivery meal-prep subscriptions – you are at the mercy of ingredients chosen for you. They might be delicious and even healthful at times, but they might not be the right choice for your household’s needs.

Here’s where I come in

My goal is to give you back a piece of your precious time.
I take care of the grocery shopping, and using your kitchen and appliances, prepare delicious and  thoughtful meals in your home that are packed with flavor and nutrition so that you can eat well without the added tasks of planning, prepping, cooking, and cleanup. And if there’s an ingredient you want to avoid, I can customize recipes for you.
